Adrift Yogi was born from a love of movement, the ocean, and the sense of freedom that comes with adventure. For me, yoga has always been more than practice on the mat, it is a way to stay grounded no matter where life takes you.

The name Adrift Yogi reflects both my passion for travel and my deep connection to the ocean. Just like the tide, life moves in waves: sometimes calm, sometimes stormy. Yoga offers us the tools to steady ourselves, breathe deeply, and keep moving forward.

In this space, yoga is for everyone at every stage of life. You don’t need to be flexible, experienced, or have hours to spare. What matters is showing up; for yourself, your body, and your breath. My offerings fit into busy, adventurous lives, helping you find strength, balance, and presence so you can do more of what you love outdoors.
